On November 20th, Cypress Christian School, Cypress Christian Preschool, Cypress Christian Daycare, and Cypress church staff recorded their first Lip Dub! The goal of the Lip Dub video was to promote what Cypress has to offer. We want everyone to know what Cypress has to offer. We chose an upbeat song with a message that we can get behind - Newsboys "Live with Abandon". While this project encouraged teamwork and unity between the different entities here at Cypress, our main goal was to let Jesus shine through our words and actions. We want to live with abandon! Sometimes the struggles of this life can be truly overwhelming! Honestly exhausting at times. Just as silver and gold is refined, so are we in the Refiner's fire. The trials of this life are meant to remove the dross and create a beautiful Vessel of Honor. Just as the Refiner's Fire is heated many times over...so are we. The Silversmith never leaves his fire unattended as this would ruin the precious metal and it would become worthless. As we pass through the furnace of affliction, praying that we might be found with Praise, Honor and Glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ. As for now.... I am "Worn"
